Even though the calendar still says “spring”, it’s definitely summer here in Jacksonville, Florida! And what better way to ring in summer than a gorgeous southern Ritz Carlton Amelia Island wedding? Jake and Lindsay were hoping for a beautiful sunny day for their outdoor affair and they got it!
We loved their thoughtfully planned details – including the soft green and peach palette, their beautiful stationery designed by a friend, and florals and over 200 feet of greenery garland by one of our faves, Shea Hopely! Their food menu was inspired by places they had traveled, which was such a great way to add their personalities to the day. Lindsay wore her late grandmother’s diamond watch and it not only looked gorgeous with her dress and jewelry, but it was full of sentiment and history.
This was a destination wedding for Jake + Lindsay – they actually live in Tennessee! They definitely got the full Florida experience this weekend, and we loved their Amelia Island wedding and being their wedding photographers!
