We had a lot of fun meeting Andrew + Heather for their engagement session at Big Talbot Island. Heather is originally from Pennsylvania and a big Eagles fan just like me, so I knew right away that we’d get along well, haha!
Andrew proposed in PARIS in front of the Eiffel Tower. Talk about a dream! Heather admitted to seeing it coming, but was glad she had a chance to pick out her outfit and make sure her nails were done, haha! Andrew even made sure to hire a photographer for the moment.
Like most of our couples, they showed up a little nervous about not being “model material”, even though they had had an engagement session (right after the proposal) before. Heather mentioned that she can’t keep a serious face and that they laugh at everything. But we always say that we want each couples photos to be a reflection of THEM and their personalities! We don’t want to fit you into stiff poses. If you’re always laughing – that’s YOU and we want it to show!
They did laugh throughout almost the entire session and we loved it. Andrew + Heather – you killed it and we’re so excited for your Ritz Carlton Amelia Island wedding this fall!!
Heather wrote us and asked if they could bring champagne – um, not even a question! YES! They are big foodies and love wine tasting, so this was a perfect reflection of their regular date nights!
